Love the pecan chicken salad sandwich but got the wrap and the totilla was so hard had to break it off to eat it.

So today I was scheduled an Interview by a gentleman who called last week to confirm that I still was interested. He was a Caucasian man and a very pleasant voice. I'm black so i can say this, it's always us! I arrived 40 minutes early which is something I've always done but Arbys was still closed so I waited. A black lady came up at about 9:40 AM I smiled and said hello, she looked me up and down with such anger and just mean spirited and instead asked what are you doing here? Mind you I'm outside and I said I have a 10:00 interview she said I didn't schedule it! She walk inside and I left! I will not even bother with a interview there who wants to work with a manager that is completely ghetto and rude! I took my time learning about Arby's principles and she doesn't dream big, get it done or any such thing this black manager darkens all the good I've read about this franchise. Its Always Us just disappointing.

We came to 1502 N Clinton st. Defiance Ohio ******* and our server was Dakota on 5/2/23 and let me tell you he was truly awesome! I've never had such good service at Arby's until today! He smiles and took our order and even brought it to our table! THANKS DAKOTA! He even made my sons hole day!

I ordered a large drink with my roast beef sandwich and received a medium for the price of a large. I asked the employee and he said Arby's is trying to be like McDonald's. It will be the last ime I patronize Arby's. I did not even get a napkin I guess because I used the drive-thru. Used to like Arby's service and food, but no more.

Stopped at Arby's in Hamburg Pennsylvania on Monday 24th. They were out of Chicken Tenders and Arby's Sauce.
Stop again at the same Arby's and now they are out of Ketchup and I got Exactly "8" curly fries. I'm like seriously to Ann the cashier and got absolutely no response. This was terrible
Oh well. Hello McDonalds and BK. I will not be going back to this Arby's.
If there happens to be another time I will take pictures. Wish I would have thought of that sooner

Had the grilled chicken wrap. A mountain of wrap & a couple pieces of chicken. I had to throw most of it away. Very disappointing. Expected more for $7 than a bunch of dough. Do not order.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich with fries and a sweet tea and they gave me unsweet tea, the fries were practicly raw, and the beef tasted like crap.

Food is generally pretty good and our orders via the drive-thru are usually correct.

I will give them a 5 star rating the day that my sandwich is 6 inches high as advertised on TV.

I don't normally stop at fast food places as they rip off the public. I ordered a soda at the drive through with my meal. Should have been called an icee instead of a soda. There was probably about 4 ounces of soda in my LARGE soda after they crammed the cup full of ice. I Should be notifying the better business bureau instead of writing a review. It is ridiculous the amount of money they charge for a soda and all you get is ice. They are raking the public over the coals.

Bad choice for lunch

Arby's - 10175 Veterans Memorial Hwy Austell, GA 30168. I made my order in drive thru and had to wait about 10mins. Number one, the food was not hot, number two, I asked for a Roast beef & cheddar and received a chicken sandwich. Well, it was too late to take it back because I was in ATL traffic. This also was the worst tasting food I have ever receive from Arby's. I love arby's but not this location.

I was on my way to work. Stopped at Arby's in Garden City, GA. Ordered Beef and cheddar meal halfway down the road I realized I wasn't asked if I wanted sauce. I didn't get any.
This is my second time at this store. Arby's sauce should be a given with a roast beef sandwich. If it happens at this restaurant again I will never go there again.

The home page advertised a deal for creating an account. After fighting with the system to create an account, i was not given the advertised deal. Further, no way to email them to let them know.

It wouldn't accept my payment and kept saying payment error. Mgr wouldn't honor offer as it said mobile order only. Fix your damn app. Great way to lose loyal customers.
