"They got my order right again"
My order came exactly as it should, i think that deserves credit. It’s good to see a place doing right by customers and paying attention to the details.

"I kind of regretted coming here after we..."
I kind of regretted coming here after we sat down. The floors were sticky and the tables didn’t look like they’d been wiped, which made the whole place feel a little gross. The food was okay, but not good enough to make up for the place feeling dirty.

"Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there"
I stopped in for lunch and the staff just seemed annoyed the whole time. No greeting, no thank you, and every interaction felt kind of short and rude. The food was okay, but when the service feels like that, it just makes you... I don’t know, not really want to come back.

"My pickup order was a hassle"
I ordered through arbys.com, and the pickup time ended up being wrong, which threw off my whole plan. By the time I got there, my food was cold, and I also noticed one of my items was missing. it was frustrating because I just wanted to grab my food and get on with my day.

"Pretty quick service, honestly"
So, I ordered through arbys.com and, it was quick overall. The site was, like, easy enough to use, and my food was ready close to the time it said it would be. I did have to wait a few extra minutes when I got there, but, you know, it wasn’t a big deal or anything. The staff seemed to be moving fast too, which I appreciated. I’m giving 4 stars because it was good, just not totally perfect
